My Biography

I was raised in Sonoma Valley, relocating to Santa Rosa in 1993.  I am pleased to call Sonoma County my home.  I am the proud parent of two grown children and a grandaughter.

I recieved my license in 1999, my background prior to this was office manager for a general contractor for 10 years in Sonoma Valley. The attention to detail that was required as an office manager is what I bring to the table for you my client.

I put a strong emphasis on listening and communicating with you. Guiding you the buyer and education you on what the market and current sales trends for our area, emphasis on sustainable affordable homeownership. As a seller the emphasis is on local real estate and letting you know what your home needs to listed at for marketing and positioning your home to sell. Keeping you the seller and buyer appraised of changes in market and activity that impact you. 

Your dream of home ownership is a big decision. One that is not taken likely. As your Realtor I have a team of professionals working for you. These include; lenders, title & escrow offices, home and pest inspectors to facilitate the purchase or sale of your home. I work together with my team from day one through the escrow process and as always my service to you does not end when I give you the key to your home or congratulate you on the sale of your home. I build my business by building relationships with my client.

I specialize in working by referral, this allows me to devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction. Including referring you to a painter, roofer, electrician etc and a lender professional for your future loan needs. I stay in touch with you before, during and after the sale or purchase of your home..this is how I best serve you and your friends, family and co-workers real estate needs.

I am a Founding Member and Immediate Past President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professsionals (NAHREP of Sonoma County) our mission is "To increase the Hispanic homeownership rate by empowering the real estate professinals that serve the Hispanic community".  Although the mission focuses on the Hispanic home owner this allows me to better serve all my clients, the business connections and opportunities of learned through my experience in leading our organization has allowed me to bring this valuable information directly to you.

As an active resident and Realtor in Santa Rosa and Sonoma County, I proudly serve & give back to my community through raising funds for Easster Seals, affordable housing and several local charities.  I believe in giving back to the community that I serve.
